Leadership
Aaron is a registered engineer and MBA-qualified project leader with a strong track record in delivering energy projects. With over 12 years of industry experience, he has worked across the full lifecycle of major developments, from feasibility through to construction, commissioning, and operation.
Having delivered major projects in design, engineering, construction and project management roles, he understands project and client needs from multiple perspectives, which allows him to bridge technical, commercial, and delivery priorities effectively. Aaron prides himself on bringing a practical, constructability-driven focus to every project.
